Our passion for beer varies somewhat from the traditional approach of many craft breweries. While we love craft beer and the craft beer industry, we also recognize that we are a tiny portion of the beer drinking world. There are many of you out there that are domestic beer drinkers, or new to craft beer, or just new to beer in general. And our response to that is WE ARE HERE FOR YOU. We didn't all start out as craft beer fanatics. Many of us who have made the switch at some point in time came across a beer that opened our perception to the possibility that there could be something different out there for us. That beer that introduced us to craft beer. At Ball Brewing we want to share that possibility with others.  While we strive very hard to make the best craft beer we possibly can, we also always try to keep in mind that there are those who are new to the concept and we welcome you with open arms.  While most breweries are offended when a new customer comes in and asks "What do you have that's like (insert any domestic beer)?" , we look forward to the opportunity to showcase an assortment of our beer that we feel is an excellent introduction into the craft beer world.  To clarify, NO we do not make inexpensive, low quality, low flavor beer. In fact, just the opposite. We do however, take a lot of time crafting our recipes to focus on making many styles of beers that showcase the drinkability of that style without overwhelming a person's delicate sense of smell and taste. On a regular basis, we have customers that come in and tell us that they don't like a certain style of beer, and we pour them a sample of that style to try.  We really enjoy those opportunities to possibly change their minds, and we usually do so regularly.  When we look around our taproom and see our die hard craft beer fanatics enjoying our beer sitting next to die hard domestic beer fanatics also enjoying our beer , then we know we hit that target we were aiming for.
